Property Manager

We have an extremely well run Property Management Department that provides excellent service to our clients, and we are seeking a Property Manager to join our fun and motivated team in a friendly office environment.

You will be responsible for, but are not restricted to:
Leasing Properties Arrears management and control Appraisals and business development Attending tenancy tribunal hearings Managing repairs and maintenance Liaising and building relationships with landlords and tenants Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections To be successful in this role you will need:
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle Current certificate of registration Excellent negotiation and time management skills Able to work as part of a team No experience necessary If you think you would be the ideal candidate, then we would love to hear from you.
