Property Manager

We have an extremely well run Property Management Department that provides excellent service to our clients, and we are seeking a Property Manager to join our fun and motivated team in a friendly office environment.
You will be responsible for, but are not restricted to:
Leasing PropertiesArrears management and controlAppraisals and business developmentAttending tenancy tribunal hearingsManaging repairs and maintenanceLiaising and building relationships with landlords and tenantsConducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsTo be successful in this role you will need:
Current driver's license and reliable vehicleCurrent certificate of registrationExcellent negotiation and time management skillsAble to work as part of a teamNo experience necessaryIf you think you would be the ideal candidate, then we would love to hear from you.
