Boasting a master planned precinct with a mix of freehold homes, terraces and apartments, with direct riverfront and parklands and located 6kms from the CBD, this role will work as part of a well-supported team of property managers, servicing a portfolio of 100 luxury apartments.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Communicate with key stakeholders including property managers, tenants and other internal teamsDevelop & manage relationships with Asset Owners, tenants, & other business areasEnsure all leases and other documentation are fully executed and details recorded in accordance with legislationRespond to and coordinate requests for maintenance with service providersUndertake regular inspections of the portfolio to ensure highest level of care of assetsCoordination of relevant property management brochures and marketing materialProvide recommendations and assist with negotiations relating to rent review, lease renewals and leasing along with other tenant negotiationsPrepare monthly narrative reports including tenant issues, arrears, vacancies, contractor performance and any defects and remedial actionAdvise on implementation of quality procedures including contractor cost review and performance to ensure best practiceYou may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: A current Real Estate Registration CertificatePrevious experience in Residential Property Management, preferably onsiteFamiliarity with building services and code compliance issuesStrong accountancy and negotiation skillsAbility to handle pressure & multi-taskA genuine passion for excellent customer serviceDon't quite meet every single requirement but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
