Manage 160 properties while working closely alongside a Business Development Manager, Leasing Consultant, Accountant, and Administrator, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 160 properties locally Liaising with Landlords & any escalated Tenant issues Client relationship management Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals Routine inspections Escalated arrears management Tribunal preparation & attendance The Candidate:
