Property Manager

I have a 6-month vacancy for an experienced property manager with the possibility for extension.I have a fantastic opportunity for someone that is located in the limestone coast region to work with a state government department in a 6 month + temporary opportunity.Purpose of the roleThe Property Manager & Projects is responsible to the director of corporate services to maintain oversight of all accommodation, including facilities owned and rented by the department and other administrative tasks associated.Key skillsCoordinate and contribute to the management of Accommodation FacilitiesExperience in data collection, analysis and reporting.Experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of procedures.Experience in undertaking project work, involving coordination, implementation and achieving optimum outcomes.Previous experience in supervising and gaining support/cooperation from staff to achieve planned objectives.Previous experience in property management.Paying an attractive hourly rate, this is a great opportunity to work with a well established team to create a robust process and documented procedures.
