Key Responsibilities: Host open homes and keep clients informedHandle rental applications and ingoing/outgoing condition reportsManage rental documentation, marketing and administrative dutiesCoordinate repairs and maintenance with rental providers, renters and contractorsOversee bond claims, rental arrears and VCAT applicationsSkills and Experience Required: Current Driver's licenseExperience in property management with proficiency in Google Workspace and industry-related software.Strong time management/organizational skills and the ability to work independentlyBe part of a supportive and professional team.Access opportunities for professional development through training programs and industry seminars.Enjoy a competitive salary with additional incentives.Remuneration: This is a Full-Time position (Monday - Friday) although some flexibility may be considered for a most suitable applicant.
