About the role We are looking for a Residential Property Manager to join the growing team on a temporary (up to 12 months), full-time basis.
Our Residential Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.
Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.

Responsibilities Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needsIdentifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investmentsCarrying out routine property inspectionsDebtor managementPreparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenantsWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesAbout you Have previous experience as a Residential Property Manager - at least six monthsHave industry experience within the local areaPossess an understanding of Residential Tenancy LegislationHold a current driver's licence and a property management licenceHave excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skillsAre a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organised with good time management skillsAre smart, resourceful, forward-thinking, and embrace technologyAbout Elders As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
