Key Responsibilities: Reconciling the Trust Account Receipting rent payments Preparing owner's statements and disbursements Managing mid-month and end-of-month procedures Scheduling and overseeing property maintenance Entering guest names and details for short-term rentals Conducting routine inspections What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Property Me software is essential Experience in short-term holiday letting is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates.
