Tasks and Responsibilities: 100 properties in the portfolio Entries, exits, routines Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders Managing rent arrears Lease Renewals Insurance claims Owner/tenant liaison Leasing and application processing NO trust accounting Skills and Experience Required: A current QLD Certificate of Registration Property management experience MIN 12 months experience Current drivers license Punctuality & honesty A fresh approach to property management Property ME experience preferred but not essential In return you will receive: Competitive salary - up to $90K plus Super Finish early one day per week!!
