We're searching for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a prestigious A-Grade asset in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property services, building strong tenant relationships, and providing financial reporting and operational needs to the portfolio.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by partnering closely with the General Manager and working as part of a collaborative team to support the long-term success of the assets under management.
Key responsibilities include: Operations: Ensuring optimal operational performance of the asset portfolio, maximising performance, assisting with leasing and tenant retention strategies, managing the leasing and lease renewal process, ensuring lessee compliance, and working closely with the Facilities Team.Leadership: Displaying integrity and leadership qualities to promote high performance within the team.Risk Management: Complying with all legislative, internal / external risk, and compliance requirements, and promoting Investa's WHS&E and Sustainability practices.Financial Management & Reporting: Preparing, managing, and monitoring annual budget plans, providing monthly reports, managing rental billing and rent reviews, and ensuring accurate tenancy data recording.Stakeholder Management: Developing and executing effective tenant communication plans, managing tenant relations, overseeing high-level customer service delivery, promoting Investa's sustainability platform, and participating in industry bodies / events.Qualifications & skills: You are tertiary qualified ideally in property and / or related discipline.No less than 3 years experience in commercial property management.Numerate and competent in financial and property management systems with advanced skills in Excel.Your commercial property management know-how and practice have given you sound understanding of property fundamentals and valuation principles.What you will need to be successful: Qualification in property or related discipline.Demonstrates extensive experience in commercial property management.Proven people management experience.The ideal candidate has experience in leading lease negotiations and lease documentation.Demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders.Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.Why join Investa?
