120 properties and manage it with administration and accounts support.
Ingoing and outgoing inspectionsRoutine inspectionsPrepare inspection reports and issue to LandlordsArrears managementNCAT preparation and attendanceRent reviews and lease renewalsManage bond and insurance claimsRepairs and maintenanceNurture Landlord and Tenant relationshipsManaging Saturday leasing once per monthThe right candidate will have: Experience managing your own residential portfolioFlexibility to work one Saturday per monthExcellent attention to detailCertificate of registration or Real Estate LicenseA reliable car and valid driver's licenseHighly customer service orientedThe ability to enjoy a laugh and collaborate with your teamTo confidentially submit your CV, please click 'Apply' and your application will be sent to Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
