This role will include:Working as part of our experienced PM team to manage a portfolioConducting routine inspections / ingoing inspections / final inspectionsMaintenance and work ordersCreating leasing and property management documentsLiaising with clientsAdvertising rental propertiesOverall day to day management of a rental portfolioArrears managementUsing our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me, Inspection express & Inspect Real EstateBuild strong relationships with landlords and tenantsProvide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpointEnsure compliance with property legislation and best practicesCollaborating closely with our BDM and Leasing ConsultantThe successful candidate should have the following:Excellent customer service skills and experienceBe professionally presentedBe consistent and highly reliableProperty Management experience requiredLove coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environmentStrong attention to detailAn Australian driver's licence and reliable carReal estate registration or licence requiredWhy choose Blackshaw?We are Blackshaw and our reputation precedes us.
