This role will include:
Working as part of our experienced PM team to manage a portfolioConducting routine inspections / ingoing inspections / final inspectionsMaintenance and work ordersCreating leasing and property management documentsLiaising with clientsAdvertising rental propertiesOverall day to day management of a rental portfolioArrears managementUsing our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me, Inspection express & Inspect Real EstateBuild strong relationships with landlords and tenantsProvide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpointEnsure compliance with property legislation and best practicesCollaborating closely with our BDM and Leasing ConsultantThe successful candidate should have the following:
