Due to our expanded property portfolio, Local Agent is currently seeking the services of a qualified, confident and passionate property manager to complement our motivated and highly professional team. The position is full-time (five days per week) with some potential flexibility regarding start and finish hours. The position will involve a blend of office based work and external tasks involving property visits etc.
The POSITION:
· Qualified property manager
· Member of a professional task-based team with a strong supportive culture focused on team development and customer service
DUTIES TO INCLUDE (but not limited to):
· All aspects of day-to-day permanent property management as part of a team, and under the supervision and support of a Senior Property Manager.
· Arranging and conducting property viewings, processing rental applications and assisting with the completion of tenancy documents.
· Coordinating maintenance and undertaking general administration duties as required.
· Assisting the other team members with other tasks as may be required from time to time.
The CANDIDATE WILL BE:
· A confident and qualified residential property manager
· A team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
· Skilled in the use of Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate or similar industry software
· Possess a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining properties to an acceptable standard
· Experience in arranging repairs and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and creditors on behalf of owners is essential
· Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills are also important in fulfilling this role
· A current driver's licence and a current QLD property management licence are both required.
