About the role We are looking for a Property Manager to join our close-knit team on a permanent full-time basis. Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management within the Bunbury office. This is an excellent opportunity if you are well experienced in the field but feel you are ready for that next challenge. Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you will be responsible to manage and grow a property management portfolio achieving sales and earnings targets, by: 
Building and maintaining client relationships
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants 
Carrying out routine property inspections 
Debtor management 
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities 
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events 
Attendance to Tribunal Hearings with the support of the Senior Property Manager as required 
About you To succeed in this role, you: 
Are a self-starter with a strong drive to perform and succeed
Have previous experience as a Property Manager
Industry experience within the local area is an advantage but not essential
Hold a Property Management Registration or willing to obtain one and a current driver's licence
Possess a thorough understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation 
Are driven by best practice and strong ethical performance
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Have a keen eye for detail and are resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
high level of organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
