A Day In the Life Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking, and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management (230+ properties) Liaise with owners and tenants Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections Organise repairs and maintenance work orders Minimise and maintain rental arrears The Good Stuff With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided, and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders, alongside a weekly refresher training from our Operational Excellence team.
Focus on a positive and fun culture No trust accounting Dedicated leasing and admin teams to assist you A paid day annually to volunteer at an appropriate organisation "Dress for your Day" Industry-leading technology that streamlines tasks, laptop, and iPhone provided Career development & ongoing training and support The Successful Candidate 2 years+ industry experience and a passion for Property Management is a requirement A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients Highly organised with sharp attention to detail As a Little Group business, Little Real Estate is Australia's largest independently owned real estate agency.
