Property Manager

Full timeWe are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties on behalf of a national retailer. Reporting to the Head of Property and supported by a Lease Administrator, this role will oversee the company's leasehold portfolio.This role will require you to:Prepare, maintain, and report on annual budgetsManage expenditure against budgets, including outgoing reconciliations and forecastingCollaborate with the Finance Team on monthly P&L reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsManage tenant onboarding and lease database accuracyConduct rent reviews and manage lease expirationsProvide guidance and leadership to the Lease AdministratorIdeally you will have:Experience in property management, retail, retailer or tenant side advantageousLease and finance managementProven ability to manage stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work as part of a small teamPlease contact Adrian de la Nougerede – Capstone Recruitment, 0401403101 / ******
