We are seeking an experienced property manager to join their team at their head office in Newstead.
What you will be doing…
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assistance to Team LeaderBuilding Management relief when team are on annual leave/sickLease Renewals/administration side and issuing to tenants (building managers will speak with landlords)Routine inspections/assistance only, not full responsibilityVacate/entry inspections/assistance only, not full responsibilityBill processingWhat you need… Previous property management experience and available for an immediate start!Can-do attitude and fantastic energy – this role is fast-paced!Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ideally, you will have a valid real estate license.What's in for you… Be part of a high-performing teamMonday – Friday with no Saturdays!Gourmet lunch provided daily along with refreshments throughout the dayStaff discount to Long Island - Total Fusion Creche, Café, Beauty services, Bowie doggy daycareApply today.
