About the role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our industry-leading business in South Brisbane. As the Senior Property Manager within this company, you will be working with another leasing manager, Junior Property Manager, administration consultant, and accounts allowing you to concentrate on the following but not limited to:
Specific responsibilities: Ensuring all property management systems and procedures are up to date.Ensure rents are in accordance with market rents and listing all ads.Maintaining communication with tenants.Organising repairs and maintenance.Work alongside the Business Development Manager to grow the portfolio.Ensuring the department's procedures are always compliant.Prepare and attend QCAT tribunals.Organise and prepare insurance claims.Property Administration.The role would be predominantly based in the office and has full support for the tasks listed below from the current team:
Rental Arrears management.Entry and Exit Reports.Routine inspections.Lease Renewals.Checking and processing rental applications.Without the above tasks, the right candidate can have the time to focus and plan the key responsibilities.
The ideal person will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, show initiative, and have high attention to detail.
A minimum of 1 year in Property Management is required for this position. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Property Me.Trust Accounting skills preferred but not necessary.Strong attention to detail.High level of communication - both written and verbal and time management skills.Demonstrate a professional demeanour and be immaculately presented.Self-motivated in prospecting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
