They contribute to a culture of outstanding customer service, accountability and entrepreneurial spirit with Dexus and outsourced property and facilities teams.The OpportunityYou will make an impact by:Coordinate a team of internal and external resources to deliver best in class customer experience and property management.Ensure properties are proactively managed and any issues are promptly and professionally resolved.Build meaningful tenant relationships which will inform customer experience strategy and initiatives.Point of contact for day-to-day tenant correspondence and as required, record tenant interaction.Manage lease obligations, transactions and consequential administrative duties whilst adhering to relevant procedures.Manage the properties' financial performance as it relates to contracted income, recoveries, operational expenditure, capex and arrears.Prepare monthly reports including relevant variance analysis and input into re-forecasting as required. Coordinate and monitor outgoings recovery and annual reconciliations and prepare and monitor annual income and expense budgets for each property (capital and operational expenditure).Act as a single point responsibility and accountability for the overall operational performance i.e. property management and on-site facilities management team operations.Work professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of Dexus, and model the values of Integrity, Empowerment, and Openness and Trust.About YouYou are a passionate, proactive, driven and service-oriented Property Manager, with strong follow through and execution. You have the ability to juggle competing priorities and are financially savvy, with the ability to manage both Op Ex and Cap Ex budgets. Lastly, you understand the importance of customer excellence and getting the job done, through teamwork and collaboration.You will bring:Relevant experience in property management including budgeting and financial management.Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects.Demonstrated experience liaising in a professional manner with external clients, the general public, and at all levels of a business.Ability to interpret leases, licences and similar legal documents.Knowledge of accounting principles with particular reference to accrual accounting.Ability to use own initiative, self-start and problem solve.Ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders, while achieving commercial outcomes.Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
