Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio, including commercial offices, retail spaces, and industrial properties. Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant queries with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and legislative requirements across all property types. Coordinate property maintenance, issue work orders, and manage contractors for all types of facilities. Provide clear, regular communication to landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships with both parties. Deliver exceptional financial management, including arrears control, budgeting, and preparing detailed reports for owners. Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand the portfolio. Conduct site inspections and manage routine compliance and safety checks across all assets. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing a mixed portfolio, including commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Proficiency in managing financials, including budgeting, arrears management, and reporting. Ability to manage maintenance issues and work with multiple stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently. Ability to manage property databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
