Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a tidy & well maintained portfolio. The Role: Managing a portfolio of circa 120 properties (5km radius of office. Predominantly high end properties Entry & exit condition reports Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople Maintenance and repairs Ensuring compliance is up to date End to end with support provided.
