What this job involves. This is an incredible opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team based at a vibrant, iconic, award-winning landmark asset offering next-generation workspace.
We are seeking a candidate looking for a long-term career opportunity who is ready to step up and obtain invaluable exposure managing A-grade assets.
A snapshot of the day-to-day duties. Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.Managing property budgets, including income and expense tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting.Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and contractors to ensure proper upkeep of the property.Handling tenant relations, including addressing concerns, negotiating leases, and maintaining high retention rates.Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.Implementing and overseeing sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the property owner, providing regular updates and reports on property performance.Managing vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality service delivery.Coordinating with leasing teams to fill vacancies and maintain high occupancy rates.Utilizing property management software and technologies to improve operational efficiency.Sound like you? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with tenants, owners, contractors, and team members is essential.
You are proficient in budgeting and financial reporting and enjoy utilizing property management software and emerging industry technologies.
A real estate license is required.
