Position Overview: Property Management Duties Conducting regular property inspections, ensuring properties meet standards and compliance.
Arranging property maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and liaising with landlords and tenants.
Coordinating tenant lease renewals, managing rent payments, and performing rent reviews.
Resolving tenant and landlord concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
Preparing and maintaining property reports, including inspection reports and financial records.
Ensuring properties meet legal and regulatory requirements.
