About the role We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in an end-to-end management role. This position will include the use of a take-home company car.
Responsibilities Home opens and application processing Arrears management Lease and management renewals Final bond inspections Property condition report updates (original PCR's are outsourced) Maintenance coordination Routine inspections Day-to-day administration and client liaison No trust accounting No BDM Skills and experience Current PM Registration Valid WA Driver's Licence Police Clearance Well-developed organisation and time management skills Team-oriented Ability to work unsupervised Self-motivated with the drive to succeed To apply, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
