Job Description We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing team, based in our Geelong CBD office.
You will work alongside the most successful and experienced operators in the region to maximise your income, build market share and become a dominant player in this space.
You will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of Industrial, Retail and Office properties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Manage, maintain, and grow our commercial property portfolio. Provide optimum customer service to our clients. Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in dealing with all stakeholders. Implement and maintain orderly lease administration, financial management procedures and overall reporting, including monitoring of all statutory charges and providing the client with recommendations as necessary. Conduct negotiations relating to rent reviews and lease renewals. Routine property inspections and coordinating building maintenance when required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Real Estate Industry (A bonus if you've worked in the Commercial sector). Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and resolve disputes, if necessary. Experience using CRM (Client Relationship Management) software. High attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems. Additional Information We can offer you:
