Role Overview: Your role with the Ray White St Peters Property Management department is to ensure the smooth running of all tenant and landlord enquiries that come through your allocated rent roll. You will be the direct point of contact for all your tenants regarding their properties, this means that any incoming request for maintenance, rental payments or concerns will be your responsibility to discuss and resolve these matters in a timely manner. 

You will also become the first point of contact for our landlords and will be responsible for any information throughout the tenancy to be communicated to them, giving them advice and coordinating with them any phases that may need to be addressed. Your main priority will be to protect our client's investment. 
Equally as important to the points above regarding our landlords and tenants, it is your priority to consistently deliver a high level of service and communication throughout the entire relationship of both parties working with us.
