This position would suit someone with Property Management experience managing their own portfolio or looking to progress from a Junior Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to a senior position who enjoys and has the confidence to look after their own portfolio.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
Must have an Agents Representative CertificateA positive attitude and enthusiasmWillingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasksEagerness to offer exemplary customer serviceReliable car & a valid driver's licenseSome of the tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):
Condition reportsRoutine inspectionsProperty Management lettersRental arrearsLease renewalsRent increasesFinal inspectionsSigning up for new leasesProcessing bondsPreparing for and attending VCAT casesArranging anniversary cards and gifts for owners and tenantsArrange property maintenance and repairsIssuing breach noticesKeeping up to date and practice with current Property Management LegislationDays of work are Monday- Friday, 9.00 am-5.30 pm. Option to work 1 in 4 Saturdays with additional remuneration.
