Job TitleProperty Manager (Contingent Hire)Job Description SummaryIt is an autonomous position responsible for high class property management of a specified Retail portfolio. Main responsibilities include lease set up, rent roll management, FM escalations and landlord management.Job DescriptionManage and act in the best interest of the client at all times.Manage and exercise real estate deliveries for retail branches, ensuring vigilant lease management and favourable outcomes, through managing landlord relationships, outgoings reconciliations, rental payments, etc.Advise and support internal and external clients providing high level Property Management expertise.Provide oversight and leadership for FM team through complex property issues.Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting following contract and functional obligations.Responsible for the preparation of yearly budgets, review of quarterly forecasts and monthly variances.Ensure database integrity and action items on the data exceptions report weekly.Action and close critical dates weekly.Liaise with Project Managers wherever necessary in relation to landlord related maintenance issues and Westpac Retail Leasing Managers.Liaise with and support the branch staff network.Work closely with C & W Finance and C & W Shared Services.Assist the Senior Property Manager when required.Raise ad-hoc invoices (accounts receivable).Process Converga invoices when required.Process all leasing instructions of new leases/termination etc. each month.Prepare, review and approve the rent roll each month and provide comments for rent roll variances.Manage arrears including chasing debtors for payment.Coordinate and assist with any major projects.Articulate and live the Cushman and Wakefield culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards.Any other additional duties as required.As an equal opportunity employer, Cushman & Wakefield encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates to apply.
