The Role As Property Manager, you'll oversee the entire property, ensuring its successful transformation into a Drifter and leading day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Regional GM/Chief Operations Officer, you'll guide the team through this exciting change while delivering on our promise to create unforgettable memories for our guests.
From project management of renovations to fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture, you'll be central to ensuring the success of Drifter Byron Bay.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Support operational aspects of the property renovation and brand transition, ensuring it meets Drifter's high standards.Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment.Drive operational efficiency across housekeeping, front desk, F&B and maintenance departments.Ensure an outstanding guest experience, resolving issues quickly and professionally.Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards while championing sustainability initiatives.Collaborate with the Regional GM/COO on strategic planning and performance reviews.You Will Bring: Proven experience in property or hospitality management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team.A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.Financial acumen, including budgeting and operational performance analysis.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.This is your chance to be at the helm, overseeing every aspect of the property's operations while leading the renovation and brand transition.
