Limestone Coast Local Health Network, Corporate Services, Mount GambierSalary: $85,790 - $95,413 p.a - ASO5Temporary Full Time (up to 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension) The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Property Manager and Projects to oversee the management of accommodation facilities and property-related projects across the region.
This pivotal role will ensure that staff and locums are provided with appropriate and cost-effective accommodation, and will support the strategic development and implementation of projects to optimise the use of facilities.About the Role:As the Property Manager & Projects, you will: Manage accommodation for medical and nursing agency staff, liaising with new employees and locums to ensure that accommodation requirements are met efficiently and effectively.Work closely with managers and team leaders to understand and fulfill accommodation needs across the health network.Develop objectives and strategies to manage accommodation and related services in a cost-effective manner, ensuring the appropriate facilities are available when required.Liaise with maintenance department personnel to ensure that accommodation properties are well-maintained and meet all operational requirements.Provide ongoing administrative support to health unit managers and directorates as required, including reporting and data analysis related to accommodation services and projects.
You will play a key role in supporting LCLHN's accommodation and property management services while contributing to a diverse and evolving healthcare environment.What We're Looking For:We are seeking an individual with a strong background in property management and project coordination, and who is ready to take on a leadership role.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who demonstrates the following: High-level interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to relate to and work collaboratively with a diverse range of people across all levels.Ability to assume a high level of responsibility, working independently and demonstrating competence in managing projects and services.Proven ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate systems and programs for quality and efficiency, as well as managing projects from initiation through to completion.Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.Ability to use initiative, be flexible in approach, and provide innovative solutions to challenges.Experience in collecting, analysing, and reporting on data, particularly related to accommodation and property services.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and systems management for data tracking, reporting, and project coordination.Previous experience in property management, including overseeing facilities and accommodations.
