Position OverviewWe are seeking a responsible, hands-on couple to take on the roles of Property Manager and Caretaker. This is a live-in position, offering a manager's unit onsite. You will manage day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, office administration, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents and guests.
Property Manager Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property management for both permanent rentals and holiday lettings.Liaise with body corporate and management committees, handling reporting and key management duties.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors.Ensure the smooth running of the office, manage communication and any tenancy issues.Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of the property.Controlling after hours matters.Skills & Experience Required Ideally – current Real Estate Certificate or License.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property management.Strong understanding of body corporate procedures.Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently, with outstanding time management and customer service skills.Caretaker & Maintenance Responsibilities Perform regular inspections to ensure the property is clean and well-maintained.Oversee and coordinate minor repairs and maintenance tasks, liaising with external contractors as needed.Monitor the property's security systems and address any issues.Ensure all common areas, including gardens, hallways, and recreational spaces, are well-kept.Serve as the point of contact for residents, providing responsive support and fostering a positive living environment.Ideal Candidate Qualifications Experience in both property management and caretaking roles.Ability to handle maintenance tasks efficiently and coordinate with contractors when necessary.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.A friendly, service-oriented attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.Requirements Ideally suited for a couple with strong communication skills.Must reside onsite in the manager's unit.Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend duties as needed.Competitive salary package.Comfortable onsite manager's unit included.Opportunity for career growth and development within the company.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy providing top-notch service, and have a passion for maintaining an exceptional property, we encourage you to apply!
