Job Overview:As a Property Management Trust Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling trust accounts for our property portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities: Manage accounts for over 2700 propertiesProcess all receipting, owner & creditor disbursementsReconcile trust account and prepare End of Month (EOM) reports and processingFinalise lease and charge owner feesAssist property managers with account queries and system questionsLiaise with auditors and prepare necessary documents as per legislation requirements.Perform bond reconciliations and ensure compliance with all trust fund regulations.Requirements: Licence holderExperience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Real Estate and legal practice legislation.Proficiency in using PropertyTree software.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.To Apply:Please call Georgia Russell on or email your CV to All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
