Property Management Trainer

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring and current property management professionals both on the ground and virtually. You will utilise your industry expertise to develop and implement engaging training content that enhances practical skills, knowledge of legislation, and best practices within the field.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive property management training programs.Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Keep up-to-date with property management legislation, trends, and best practices to ensure accurate training content.Assess and evaluate learners' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance training materials.Provide mentorship to new property managers, helping them build confidence and expertise in their roles.About You: A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.Strong knowledge of Queensland property management legislation and best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners.Passion for education, mentoring, and professional development.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Prior experience in a training or coaching role within real estate (preferred but not essential).Why Join Us?
