The Role Overview:
The Property Management Specialist is responsible for a comprehensive range of duties aimed at ensuring smooth property management operations and exceptional client service. This role involves initial client engagement, property evaluations, contract management, tenant coordination, financial oversight, and compliance with relevant legislation.

Skills Required:
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Propertyme.
Strong knowledge of Inspect Real Estate.
Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act in relation to co-living.
Current registration and compliance knowledge.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Team player.
Personal Attributes:
Proactive attitude.
Positive attitude.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding and practical experience with property management software and tools.
Current registration and compliance with relevant legislation.
Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
Experience in negotiating lease agreements and managing tenant relationships.
