An exciting opportunity to join the Queensland Corporate team at Ray White has become available.
Based in Brisbane, working with the Head of Property Management QLD and CEO, this role will support the growth of our PM businesses in each market, ensuring their activities align with the state team.

Objectives of this role The Property Management Business Development Executive will work directly with the Head of Property Management QLD and CEO in supporting the growth of our Property Management businesses in each market, and ensure their activities are aligned with the ambitions and strategy of the state team.
The Property Management BDE will work closely with the National Operations manager and property management team members across markets on national programs including PM pulse, recognition, reporting, training and development for the property management network and growth.

What you'll do: Property Management Training and DevelopmentDevelop and deliver property management training to property managers throughout the network, educating them on our identified strategies and beliefs.Assistance with the delivery of face-to-face training at state-based events.Online national training and consultancy for property management businesses working closely with other state team members.Assist with driving high network attendance and participation in all training sessions and events.Assist with the development of all training resources in line with our identified strategies.Property Management ConsultancyWorking with business leaders and property managers in the group.Delivery of changed business behaviour in property management businesses.Visit agencies and spend time with the principal and team members to assess their needs and opportunities for improved outcomes.Support and monitor each agency to develop and implement its business plan and action plans.Mentor an agency principal to understand their business opportunity and realise their ambitions.Guide each agency to the relevant resources to assist in their agency.Support principals to fully utilise the existing resources they have in their agencies.Manage principal expectations.Identification and Management of 'at risk' clientsIdentify clients that are "at risk" - particularly clients that are not likely to achieve the desired change.Monitor the activity of agencies (and their staff) in the adoption of our resources.Resource Development and Market AwarenessIdentify areas and ideas that can be better developed and shared across the team.Review legislation updates and provide resources to the network to support them through these changes.Contribute to the development of the collective intellectual property of the team and the resources offered to our clients.Maintain an awareness of current topics of interest to our clients. Who you are: Have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.Minimum of 5 years experience in property management.Ability to deliver a positive customer service experience.Ability to deliver business planning and coaching.Facilitating training and development via virtual and face-to-face training.Detail and Process-oriented.Ability to have challenging conversations.Ability to work autonomously.Ability to build client rapport quickly.Disciplined, well-presented and performance-oriented.
