Property Management - Senior Property ManagerLocation: Berry, NSWBelle Property Berry has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our business, and we are looking for someone customer-focused to grow and nurture our existing busy little rent roll.As the rent roll is still small, you will be working entirely independently, as the sole property management employee, covering all aspects of a property management role from acquiring new managements to end-of-month owner disbursements.This is a maternity leave contract for 18 months, commencing from the 24th October 2022. You will be required to work in our Berry office, Monday – Friday; however, the hours are flexible. There may be a possible extension for the role after the initial 18 months.Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will have:Experience in a similar role (experience using PropertyMe software is highly advantageous)A current certificate of registrationYour own reliable vehicle and current Australian driver's licenceAn interest in self-development and leadershipExcellent communication & negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail & organisational skillsHigh self-motivation and the ability to work autonomouslyExperience in holiday property management is also desirable
