Property Management Finance and AdministrationWe are a local family-owned business based in Gawler looking for an experienced individual to join our team. We value all our clients and are dedicated to providing the best, most honest service possible. We are looking for someone who has the same values as our team. The perfect fit will be someone capable of working in a small but busy team environment, has a minimum of 12 months experience in a Property Management role, and also truly loves their job.Full-time position$60,000 - $65,000 per annum plus super (depending on experience)Office located in GawlerTasks and Responsibilities:Assist the Property Manager with managing the rental portfolioBuilding and maintaining professional working relationships with tenants and landlordsDaily rent receipting/reconciliation of a trust accountEOM/EOFY processingLodging/refunding bondsHandling and managing arrears/tribunal processesInsurance claimsBankingLeasing and tenant selectionsLease renewals and rent reviewsConducting inspections if requiredLiaising with builders/developers/industry stakeholdersQualifications and Qualities that you must have:Minimum 12 months experience in a Property Management roleExperience with trust accounting preferredExperience with Property Tree desirableHold a current SA property Management LicenceAbility to work in accordance with SA legislation and the Residential Tenancies ActBeneficial but not compulsory: competence in programs such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, 2Apply and/or similar systemsTrust accounting proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSolid ability to work independently and take ownership of this roleNeat and tidy personal presentationImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent people skills – you are someone that wants to have conversations and build rapport with your clientsAct professionally, ethically and confidentially at all timesYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Property Management Role?How many years' experience do you have in the real estate industry?Do you have experience in administration?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have reconciliations experience?Do you hold a current Real Estate Agent's licence?#J-18808-Ljbffr
