Property Management Finance and Administration We are a local family-owned business based in Gawler looking for an experienced individual to join our team. We value all our clients and are dedicated to providing the best, most honest service possible. We are looking for someone who has the same values as our team. The perfect fit will be someone capable of working in a small but busy team environment, has a minimum of 12 months experience in a Property Management role, and also truly loves their job.
Full-time position $60,000 - $65,000 per annum plus super (depending on experience) Office located in Gawler Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with managing the rental portfolio Building and maintaining professional working relationships with tenants and landlords Daily rent receipting/reconciliation of a trust account EOM/EOFY processing Lodging/refunding bonds Handling and managing arrears/tribunal processes Insurance claims Banking Leasing and tenant selections Lease renewals and rent reviews Conducting inspections if required Liaising with builders/developers/industry stakeholders Qualifications and Qualities that you must have:
Minimum 12 months experience in a Property Management role Experience with trust accounting preferred Experience with Property Tree desirable Hold a current SA property Management Licence Ability to work in accordance with SA legislation and the Residential Tenancies Act Beneficial but not compulsory: competence in programs such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, 2Apply and/or similar systems Trust accounting procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solid ability to work independently and take ownership of this role Neat and tidy personal presentation Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent people skills – you are someone that wants to have conversations and build rapport with your clients Act professionally, ethically and confidentially at all times Your application will include the following questions:
