Property Management Department Head | Wollongong We are looking for an experienced Department Head to oversee the functional operation of a hugely successful Property Management department. This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and the ability to implement policies and procedures whilst managing a close knit property management team.
Due to promotion within the business they are looking for an experienced Department Head to oversee the Property Management team and look after their client relationships. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to the team.
The Role:
Manage a small portfolio of properties to ensure smooth operation Join the Senior Management team to help shape future plans Lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and support Implement strategies to improve performance and achieve goals Ensure KPIs are met with a positive and proactive approach Mentor team members to support their growth and development
The Person:
5 years minimum previous experience in PM or as a Department Head Current NSW Real Estate Licence Computer literate with general computer platforms (Experience with Property Tree is favourable) Drivers Licence and reliable car Can work autonomously and in team environment Ability to perform under pressure
