Northern Realty would like to offer an energetic, vibrant, highly organised and confident persona a great opportunity to kick start or continue your career by joining our property management team as an Assistant.Your role is to work alongside a team of experienced Property Managers to assist with:Handling phone and email enquiriesDiary management & booking inspectionsShowing properties to prospective TenantsApplication processingAssisting property managers and learning the industryEssential Skills and Experience:Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Must present well and be punctual for work each dayQLD Drivers LicenceHave or be willing to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationExperience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not essential*Our office hours are 8:30am to 4:36pm with no work on weekends or public holidays and no after hours calls.**Please note that this position is open to both experienced and non-experienced personnel; we are happy to train you to be the best in the business.Come and join our fun team of professionals that work hard together to achieve great results for our Clients.
