Harcourts Inspire located in Oxenford is growing & looking for a new Property Management Administrator to join our team! We are a family-run business backed by the Harcourts brand, combining personalized service with the strength and reputation of a leading global real estate network.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the property management team Assist with daily property management tasks and client inquiries Manage communications with tenants, landlords, and contractors Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and leasing activities Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow Successful applicant will require: Genuine passion for the industry is a must, real estate experience is not essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills Current driver's license required Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PropertyMe a bonus, but not essential Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently, both in the office and offsite Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are a plus A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence As this is a fast-paced working environment, previous experience in Administration is desirable.
Position is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
