Your Mission: Key Responsibilities: Schedule planned maintenance and coordinate unplanned repairs for over 100 remote properties. Coordinate tradespeople for remote visits and obtain quotes for property improvements. Maintain strong relationships with site/store Managers. Collaborate with Divisional representatives and Finance team for maintenance issues and cost allocation. Manage purchasing, expenses, and assets. Support business units with purchasing decisions. Oversee Facilities Management for Darwin Support Office and leased facilities, including contractor management and maintenance coordination. About You: Exceptional organizational skills Understanding of procurement processes Effective interpersonal skills Proficient written and oral communication Experience coordinating remote contractors Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Aligns with ALPA values and mission Desirable: internal sales experience and remote work experience About ALPA: We are the Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA).
