What this job involves:
We're looking for a Property Leasing & Systems Analyst to join our team and support our client's national portfolio!
You will be responsible for providing financial analysis, financial reporting and administrative support in service of our clients and leasing teams to make informed decisions.


A snapshot of the role: Tracking of leasing performance per asset and across the portfolioTracking of leasing deals outstandingPrepare and distribute monthly consolidated YTD leasing dealsUpdate MRI IM on monthly basis to reflect approved leasing dealsResponsible for importing data from MRI PMX to Challenger MRI IM periodicallyAssist with developing custom reporting based on the client's requirements Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: Tertiary qualification in real estate, property or related fieldExperience with MRI PMX and MRI IM (Strategic Planner)Advanced Excel skillsIdeally previous experience as a Retail Leasing Analyst or Property Accountant What you can expect from us:
