Our client is an industry leader across a national portfolio in healthcare.

The Role:
This role has a point of difference to your regular office buildings in that it is focused on one of our most essential services! Be tasked with working across a portfolio mainly working with renewals and filling vacancies across dentists, medical centers, health hubs and more!
Liaise with the National Lease Administration Manager Update and maintain database (adding new leases, properties, landlords, tenants, rent reviews etc) Process and analyse key lease information Support National Lease Administration Manager in processing rental payments and all other financial transactions The Candidate: 2 years experience as a Lease Administration/Property Administration or Financial Analysis role Competent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Progenesis and/or Esker Systems) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Work on a unique mixed-use portfolio!
