The role offers a challenging and varied scope of work covering all aspects of Property Law including:Autonomously running the day-to-day carriage of matters whilst providing effective and efficient advice and support to clienteleBuilding close working relationships with our business partners, clientele, and practice groupReview and advice of residential, commercial, and off-the-plan contractsReview and advise on retirement village contractsSRO duty exemption and concession applicationsAcquisition and disposition of property through trusts (including superannuation funds)Development projects across broad-acre or multi-story mixed-use developmentsJoint Venture Agreements or Co-ownership agreementsLoan Agreements and mortgage documentationSale of rural or agricultural property with attached transfers of water rightsThe position requires outstanding organisational and communication skills, acute attention to detail, and enthusiasm for property law.The benefitsBe front-facing with clients, with scope to expand and develop your preferred areas of interest.
