The role We are currently seeking a talented property lawyer with 3-6 years PAE for a newly created role for someone looking to develop into a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, client service, and making a meaningful impact on our dynamic team. As an aspiring leader, we want you to challenge the status quo, be focused on our customers, and assist in driving positive change in the way we serve our clients. The role will focus on the property aspects of banking and finance including in relation to Small to Medium Enterprise & Commercial customers, sale of residential and commercial property (mortgagee in possession), discharges as a service, Estates Management, contaminated land, tax treatment, and Crown Leases. This role is open to part-time or full-time applicants.
The Requirements As the successful candidate, we want you to be well versed in the technical and practical aspects of property transactions with a willingness to personally invest in your development, all-round knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Your ability to communicate confidently at all levels, along with a professional manner and approach, will help build your success. General responsibilities will include:

Attention to detail ensuring smooth and error-free conveyancing;
Assisting with the supervision of our national team of conveyancers and paralegals;
Streamlining processes;
Strong interest in technology, digital, and automation;
Ability to develop and grow.
