Property Lawyer

The Firm & The Role
Our client is a leading CBD Melbourne/Sydney law firm.
Due to client demand and continuing new instructions, our client is looking to actively recruit an experienced property lawyer with at least 5 years post admission experience or who is either nearing or is currently an SA.
You must have either government property or retirement living experience for this role.
This team works both with government clients and is a specialist and leader in the retirement village field.
The role will also see you working on the full spectrum of property work.
This includes advising property development clients in relation to their broad acre subdivisions and built form developments; drafting contracts of sale and vendor's statements; drafting and advising in relation to leases and general property issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to exhibit;
