Job Description This is the perfect opportunity for an experiencedProperty Lawyer to join our team, in a remote, hybrid, or office-based role. Developing best practicesin residential Property law and conveyancing, and manage clients through the residential conveyancing journey, with the support from a team of paralegals and admins collaborativelyassisting you. We want youto understand property law and conveyancing and all its unique intricacies, working closely with clients to interpret their unique buying or selling circumstances and to consult them through the contractual process to settlement in what is for many; the biggest transaction of their lives. Your skills and experience We would love to hear from Property Lawyerswho: have at least 12months' experience in Conveyancing with a genuine interest in Property law are admitted to the SupremeCourt and holda valid Practising Certificate interested in learning different jurisdictions over time go above and beyond inproviding exceptional service to clients have provided support across the full residential conveyancing journeyincluding for contract reviews, contract drafting, transfer matters, and off-the-plan reviews, negotiations with various stakeholders, liaising with authorities and assisting to signoff on settlements have worked in a high-volume, fast-paced dynamic workplace and team, where working collegiately comes before all else have experience in, or an interest in being trained to manage files across multiple jurisdictions share their ideas with and constantly learn from their colleagues on how to improve processes and client service What's the offer?
