Job Description Key responsibilities of the sales and acquisitions; land development; tenancies (covering both land and tenant focused work), including bespoke tenancies of public land for public sector clients; land titles and land use, including easements; compulsory acquisitions, including advisors work and section 30 agreements; planning agreements for developers and public sector clients; and procurement and governance for public sector clients. The Successful Applicant 2+ years of post-admission experience in property law; experience across general real estate law matters, ideally gained from a top-tier, mid-tier or highly regarded property law practice; solid knowledge of conveyancing, commercial sales and acquisition of property and comfortable transacting in PEXA; subdivision, development and planning experience would be an advantage; strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills; and adaptable, proactive, and willing to further your skills across varied clients and matters.
